About the camp
Once every few weeks we open the door to a magical, Harry Potter-inspired English-themed camp! The camps for children aged 8-14 with overnight stays in the AKS schools are held for the 6th season in a row! Every Harry Potter camp ALWAYS comes back with a new program and theme!
Campers will have a 30 hour experience in the school of magic, which is filled with spells and charms, unexpected situations and surprises, thoroughly planned storyline and ALL IN ENGLISH!
As always, in Vilnius you will meet our magical AKS team, teachers: Enrika, Eglė, Greta and others!

ARRIVAL:
You can bring your kids to the camp on the first day from 11:00 to 13:00 and come to get them on the second day from 17:30 to 18:30.
WHAT TO BRING:
Children should bring an additional set of clothing, slippers, three sets of snacks, a refillable water bottle, a personal towel, a toothbrush, a pyjamas, a sleeping bag or bed sheets, a mat or a mattress, and a pillow.
PRICE:
The camp costs 60 EUR if you register in advance, the price during the last week before the camp - 70 EUR. The number of participants is limited (up to 30 participants).
The camp price includes first day snack and dinner, second day breakfast and lunch.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Handmade decorations such as flying brooms, mirrors showing the most secret desires, the coats of arms of the magic school and attributes, costumed teachers, charms and spells, elixirs and potions, defense against the the dark arts, intriguing night game challenges, ghosts dancing on the walls and many surprises.
Children come to the camp carrying sleeping bags, mattresses and backpacks, and leave with a mountain of crafts, worksheets and prizes!
LEVEL OF ENGLISH:
We do not test or check the English level of the children in the camp. On the first day of the camp, the sorting hat divides the young wizards into four magic school colleges with peers. Tasks, puzzles, games and unexpected plot twists in the camp are organized in such a way that even participants with different English language skills or ages can be in the whirlpool of events and have the best time.

After the registration, please make a deposit of 20 EUR for the camp (it is non-refundable); upon receiving the deposit, we will add you to the list of participants.
Right before the camp we send out the camp Agreement, Parental consent form, List of Rules, and the timetable.
You will be asked to pay the rest of the camp price by making a bank transfer or in cash when you arrive at the camp.
If the camp is cancelled due to Government instructions (pandemic restrictions), all deposits will be transferred to future camps of your choice or to lessons if you attend our schools.

13:00 - 14:15 The Sorting Ceremony, the wands choose their wizards.
14:15 - 15:00 Activities for witches and wizards.
15:00 - 15:30 Lunch.
15:30 - 18:30 An active game.
18:30 - 19:00 Dinner.
19:00 - 20:00 Spells and charms.
20:00 - 20:30 Magical theory and practice.
20:30 - 21:00 Supper.
21:00 - 21:30 Setting up bedrooms in colleges.
21:30 - 23:30 Movie night in beds, of course, popcorn included.
23:30 Night game for the sleepless and the brave.
The Second Day
08:30 - 09:30 Good morning, exercise before leaving the bed, morning circle.
09:30 - 10:00 Breakfast.
10:00 - 13:30 Classes for wizards and witches.
13:30 - 15:00 Magical challenges for wizarding colleges.
15:00 - 15:30 Lunch.
15:30 - 17:00 An active game.
17:00 - 17:30 Awards Ceremony: Prizes and Surprises.
17:30 - 18:30 Tidying up, writing letters, saying goodbye.
